- Almond flour – 1 ½ cups
- Unsweetened shredded coconut – 3 tbsp
- Butter – 3 tbsp
- Powdered erythritol – 2 tbsp
- Coconut cream – ½ cup
- Sweetener – ¼ cup
- Heavy whipping cream – 1 cup
- Banana extract – ½ tsp
Preheat the oven and prepare the crust mixture.
Press the mixture into a pie dish and bake until golden. Cool completely.
Make the caramel by heating coconut cream, sweetener, and butter. Stir until thickened. Let it cool before spreading over the crust.
