Ingredients
  

  • Almond flour – 1 ½ cups
  • Unsweetened shredded coconut – 3 tbsp
  • Butter – 3 tbsp
  • Powdered erythritol – 2 tbsp
  • Coconut cream – ½ cup
  • Sweetener – ¼ cup
  • Heavy whipping cream – 1 cup
  • Banana extract – ½ tsp

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven and prepare the crust mixture.
  • Press the mixture into a pie dish and bake until golden. Cool completely.
  • Make the caramel by heating coconut cream, sweetener, and butter. Stir until thickened. Let it cool before spreading over the crust.
  • Whip the cream and sweeten if desired. Add banana extract to half and mix well.
  • Layer the caramel and whipped cream over the crust, garnishing as desired.
  • Chill for at least an hour before serving.
