Ingredients
  

  • 10 mini bell peppers
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt & pepper
  • Optional: bacon bits or olives

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Halve and deseed mini bell peppers. Lay them cut-side up.
  • Mix cream cheese, cheddar, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Fill each pepper half with cheese mixture.
  • Bake for 15–18 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  • Let cool slightly and enjoy!
