- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 large egg
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ cup cooked sausage or bacon
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- ¼ cup diced bell peppers
- ¼ cup chopped spinach
Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Melt mozzarella and cream cheese together. Stir in almond flour, baking powder, egg, salt, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
