Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ cup cooked sausage or bacon
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • ¼ cup diced bell peppers
  • ¼ cup chopped spinach

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Melt mozzarella and cream cheese together. Stir in almond flour, baking powder, egg, salt, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  • Spread dough on baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes.
  • Cook sausage or bacon. Scramble eggs with heavy cream. Sauté bell peppers and spinach.
  • Top crust with cheddar cheese, scrambled eggs, and toppings.
  • Bake for another 5 minutes. Slice and serve!
