Ingredients
  

  • Fresh Strawberries 12-15 large
  • Cream Cheese 8 oz
  • Heavy Whipping Cream 1/4 cup
  • Powdered Erythritol 2 tbsp
  • Vanilla Extract 1 tsp
  • Lemon Zest optional, 1/2 tsp

  • Wash and dry the strawberries thoroughly. Remove the tops and hollow out the center using a small knife.
