Ingredients
  

  • Chicken 2 cups shredded
  • Cauliflower 1 cup chopped
  • Celery ½ cup diced
  • Onion 1 small diced
  • Garlic 2 cloves minced
  • Chicken Broth 4 cups
  • Heavy Cream 1 cup
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Cheddar Cheese 1 cup shredded
  • Salt pepper, thyme, paprika to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat butter in a large pot over medium heat and sauté onions, celery, and garlic until fragrant.
  • Add cauliflower and cook for 2–3 minutes.
  • Pour in chicken broth and simmer until cauliflower is tender.
  • Stir in shredded chicken and let it heat through.
  • Slowly add heavy cream while stirring.
  • Gradually mix in cheddar cheese until melted.
  • Season with salt, pepper, thyme, and paprika.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!
