- Chicken 2 cups shredded
- Cauliflower 1 cup chopped
- Celery ½ cup diced
- Onion 1 small diced
- Garlic 2 cloves minced
- Chicken Broth 4 cups
- Heavy Cream 1 cup
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Cheddar Cheese 1 cup shredded
- Salt pepper, thyme, paprika to taste
Heat butter in a large pot over medium heat and sauté onions, celery, and garlic until fragrant.
Add cauliflower and cook for 2–3 minutes.
Pour in chicken broth and simmer until cauliflower is tender.
Stir in shredded chicken and let it heat through.
Slowly add heavy cream while stirring.
Gradually mix in cheddar cheese until melted.
Season with salt, pepper, thyme, and paprika.
