- 500 g Chicken Breast or Thighs
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1/2 Cup Almond Flour
- 1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Paprika
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and pat them dry.
In a bowl, whisk the eggs. In a separate bowl, mix the almond flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Dip each chicken piece into the egg wash, then coat it with the almond flour mixture.
Place the coated chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Once golden brown and crispy, remove from the oven and serve hot.
