- Almond flour: 1 cup
- Coconut flour: 2 tbsp
- Sweetener: ¼ cup
- Baking powder: 1 tsp
- Egg: 1 large
- Almond milk: ¼ cup
- Vanilla extract: 1 tsp
- Cinnamon: 1 tsp
- Butter or coconut oil: 2 tbsp
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, sweetener, baking powder, and cinnamon.
Stir in egg, almond milk, vanilla, and melted butter until a dough forms.
Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on the baking sheet.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, then let cool slightly.
Mix sweetener and cinnamon in a small bowl. Roll warm doughnut holes in the mixture.
