Ingredients
  

  • Almond flour: 1 cup
  • Coconut flour: 2 tbsp
  • Sweetener: ¼ cup
  • Baking powder: 1 tsp
  • Egg: 1 large
  • Almond milk: ¼ cup
  • Vanilla extract: 1 tsp
  • Cinnamon: 1 tsp
  • Butter or coconut oil: 2 tbsp

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, sweetener, baking powder, and cinnamon.
  • Stir in egg, almond milk, vanilla, and melted butter until a dough forms.
  • Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on the baking sheet.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, then let cool slightly.
  • Mix sweetener and cinnamon in a small bowl. Roll warm doughnut holes in the mixture.
