- 2 cups almond flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup butter melted
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup monk fruit or erythritol
- 1/4 cup sweetener for cinnamon swirl
- 2 tsp cinnamon for cinnamon swirl
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a 9x9-inch baking pan and set aside.
In a large bowl, mix almond flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and almond milk.
Combine wet and dry ingredients and stir until smooth.
Add half of the batter to the pan and sprinkle cinnamon-sweetener mixture on top.
Add the rest of the batter and swirl the cinnamon mixture.
