Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup monk fruit or erythritol
  • 1/4 cup sweetener for cinnamon swirl
  • 2 tsp cinnamon for cinnamon swirl

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease a 9x9-inch baking pan and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, mix almond flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  • In another bowl, whisk melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and almond milk.
  • Combine wet and dry ingredients and stir until smooth.
  • Add half of the batter to the pan and sprinkle cinnamon-sweetener mixture on top.
  • Add the rest of the batter and swirl the cinnamon mixture.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Let cool, slice, and serve!
