Ingredients
  

  • Almond flour: 2 cups
  • Cream cheese: 4 oz
  • Butter: 1/2 cup
  • Sweetener: 1/2 cup
  • Pecans: 1/2 cup, chopped
  • Vanilla extract: 1 tsp
  • Egg: 1
  • Baking powder: 1 tsp

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet.
  • Beat cream cheese and butter until fluffy.
  • Mix in sweetener and vanilla.
  • Combine almond flour and baking powder; add to wet ingredient
  • Fold in chopped pecans.
  • Scoop dough onto sheet, flatten slightly.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes. Cool before serving.
