- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- ¾ cup almond flour
- 1 egg
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 1½ cups shredded chicken
- 1 leek thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp butter
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ½ cup shredded cheese
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper
Melt mozzarella and cream cheese. Stir until smooth.
Add almond flour, baking powder, and egg. Mix into dough.
In skillet, sauté leeks in butter until soft.
Add chicken, cream, cheese, and seasonings. Cook until creamy. Let cool.
Roll dough into 4 pieces. Add filling and fold to seal.
Place on parchment-lined tray. Brush with egg.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 18–20 mins until golden.
