Ingredients
  

  • cups shredded mozzarella
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • ¾ cup almond flour
  • 1 egg
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • cups shredded chicken
  • 1 leek thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup shredded cheese
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Melt mozzarella and cream cheese. Stir until smooth.
  • Add almond flour, baking powder, and egg. Mix into dough.
  • In skillet, sauté leeks in butter until soft.
  • Add chicken, cream, cheese, and seasonings. Cook until creamy. Let cool.
  • Roll dough into 4 pieces. Add filling and fold to seal.
  • Place on parchment-lined tray. Brush with egg.
  • Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 18–20 mins until golden.
