Ingredients
  

  • Almond flour 2 cups
  • Coconut flour 2 tablespoons
  • Baking powder 1 tablespoon
  • Eggs 2 large
  • Butter 1/4 cup, melted
  • Sour cream 2 tablespoons
  • Everything bagel seasoning 3 tablespoons
  • Salt 1/2 teaspoon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, whisk almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • In another bowl, whisk eggs, melted butter, and sour cream.
  • Combine wet and dry ingredients to form a slightly sticky dough.
  • Shape the dough into a disk and cut it into 8 wedges.
  • Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning over the wedges.
  • Bake for 18-20 minutes, until golden brown.
  • Cool for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack and serve.
