- Cheese 2 oz
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Optional seasoning garlic powder, salt, pepper
Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
Place cheese on one slice of bread, buttered side out.
Put the other slice on top, buttered side out.
Grill on medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
