Ingredients
  

  • Ham: 8-10 slices
  • Mozzarella cheese: 1/2 cup
  • Cheddar cheese: 1/2 cup
  • Almond flour: 1/4 cup
  • Egg: 1
  • Garlic powder: 1 tsp
  • Salt and pepper: To taste
  • Olive oil: 2 tbsp

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Slice the ham and cheese into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a medium bowl, mix almond flour, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Place a small piece of cheese in the center of a slice of ham, roll it up tightly, and lightly coat the roll in the almond flour mixture.
  • Brush each roll with olive oil.
  • Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  • Cool slightly and serve.
