Ingredients
  

  • Ground beef 1 lb
  • Onion 1/2, diced
  • Garlic 2 cloves, minced
  • Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp
  • Heavy cream 1/2 cup
  • Eggs 2
  • Shredded cheddar cheese 1 cup
  • Salt pepper, smoked paprika
  • Cooked bacon optional, 1/2 cup

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a baking dish.
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease.
  • Stir in diced onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook until onion is soft.
  • Transfer the beef mixture to the baking dish.
  • In a bowl, whisk eggs and heavy cream, then pour over the beef.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar on top.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and set.
  • Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
