Ingredients
  

  • Almond flour – 2 cups
  • Erythritol – ½ cup
  • Baking powder – 1 tsp
  • Salt – ¼ tsp
  • Eggs – 3 large
  • Unsweetened almond milk – ½ cup
  • Vanilla extract – 1 tsp
  • Butter melted – 3 tbsp
  • Optional: powdered erythritol cocoa powder, almond milk for glaze

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and grease donut molds.
  • Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Whisk wet ingredients in another bowl.
  • Fold wet into dry gently.
  • Fill molds ¾ full and bake 15–18 min.
  • Let cool slightly before glazing.
  • Serve warm or store in airtight container.
