Ingredients
  

  • Almond Flour: 1 ½ cups
  • Coconut Flour: 2 tablespoons
  • Erythritol: ¼ cup
  • Baking Powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Salt: a pinch
  • Unsweetened Almond Milk: ½ cup
  • Eggs: 3 large
  • Vanilla Extract: 1 teaspoon
  • Butter: 3 tablespoons

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a donut pan.
  • Mix almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  • Whisk eggs, almond milk, melted butter, and vanilla in a separate bowl.
  • Combine wet and dry ingredients into a smooth batter.
  • Spoon batter into the donut pan, filling each ¾ full.
  • Bake for 15-18 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a rack.
  • Heat powdered erythritol, cream, and vanilla for the glaze. Dip cooled donuts into the glaze.
