Ingredients
- Almond Flour: 1 ½ cups
- Coconut Flour: 2 tablespoons
- Erythritol: ¼ cup
- Baking Powder: 1 teaspoon
- Salt: a pinch
- Unsweetened Almond Milk: ½ cup
- Eggs: 3 large
- Vanilla Extract: 1 teaspoon
- Butter: 3 tablespoons
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a donut pan.
- Mix almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Whisk eggs, almond milk, melted butter, and vanilla in a separate bowl.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients into a smooth batter.
