- 1 medium head cauliflower cut into florets
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- Salt & pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut cauliflower into florets and place in a large mixing bowl.
Toss with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Add grated parmesan and mix until well coated.
Spread on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Roast for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway.
Broil for an extra 2-3 minutes if desired.
