Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium head cauliflower cut into florets
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Cut cauliflower into florets and place in a large mixing bowl.
  • Toss with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Add grated parmesan and mix until well coated.
  • Spread on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Roast for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway.
  • Broil for an extra 2-3 minutes if desired.
