Equipment

  • 1 Large Skillet
  • 1 9x13 Baking Dish
  • 1 Spatula

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef (or thinly sliced steak)
  • 1 green bell pepper sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 small onion sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp  olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium-high heat until browned. Season with salt and pepper, then drain excess grease and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, heat olive oil and sauté bell peppers, onion, and garlic until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Add cooked beef back to the skillet. Stir in cream cheese until melted and combined.
  • Transfer mixture to a greased 9x13 baking dish. Top with shredded cheese.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let cool slightly, serve warm, and enjoy your comforting keto casserole!
