- 1 lb ground beef (or thinly sliced steak)
- 1 green bell pepper sliced
- 1 red bell pepper sliced
- 1 small onion sliced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium-high heat until browned. Season with salt and pepper, then drain excess grease and set aside.
In the same skillet, heat olive oil and sauté bell peppers, onion, and garlic until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
Add cooked beef back to the skillet. Stir in cream cheese until melted and combined.
Transfer mixture to a greased 9x13 baking dish. Top with shredded cheese.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let cool slightly, serve warm, and enjoy your comforting keto casserole!
