- 1 cup pecan halves
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- ½ cup keto-friendly brown sweetener
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp salt
Toast pecans in a dry skillet for 3-4 minutes, then set aside.
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add sweetener and stir.
Pour in heavy cream, stirring constantly, and let simmer for 5-7 minutes.
Remove from heat, then stir in vanilla, salt, and pecans.
