Ingredients
  

  • Egg Whites 3 large
  • Cream of Tartar 1/4 tsp
  • Almond Flour 1/4 cup
  • Shredded Cheese 1 cup
  • Baking Powder 1/2 tsp
  • Seasoning 1 tsp

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Whip egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
  • Mix almond flour, baking powder, and seasoning in another bowl.
  • Fold dry ingredients into whipped egg whites gently.
  • Fold in shredded cheese carefully.
  • Spoon or pipe dollops of the mixture onto the baking sheet.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  • Cool slightly before serving.
