Ingredients
  

  • 2 zucchinis thinly sliced
  • 1 –2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp ranch seasoning
  • Salt to taste optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 225°F or air fryer to 375°F.
  • Slice zucchini thinly and pat dry with paper towels.
  • Toss slices in olive oil and ranch seasoning.
  • Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet or rack.
  • Bake 1.5–2 hours (flip halfway) or air fry 10–15 minutes.
  • Cool and enjoy!
