- 2 zucchinis thinly sliced
- 1 –2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp ranch seasoning
- Salt to taste optional
Preheat oven to 225°F or air fryer to 375°F.
Slice zucchini thinly and pat dry with paper towels.
Toss slices in olive oil and ranch seasoning.
Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet or rack.
Bake 1.5–2 hours (flip halfway) or air fry 10–15 minutes.
