- Almond Flour: 2 cups
- Psyllium Husk Powder: 2 tbsp
- Baking Powder: 1 tsp
- Eggs: 4 large
- Butter: 1/4 cup
- Salt: 1/2 tsp
- Apple Cider Vinegar: 1 tsp
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan.
Separate egg whites from yolks and whip whites to stiff peaks.
Combine almond flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
Whisk egg yolks, melted butter, and apple cider vinegar in a separate bowl.
Gently fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients.
Carefully fold whipped egg whites into the batter in small batches.
