Ingredients
  

  • Almond Flour: 2 cups
  • Psyllium Husk Powder: 2 tbsp
  • Baking Powder: 1 tsp
  • Eggs: 4 large
  • Butter: 1/4 cup
  • Salt: 1/2 tsp
  • Apple Cider Vinegar: 1 tsp

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan.
  • Separate egg whites from yolks and whip whites to stiff peaks.
  • Combine almond flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  • Whisk egg yolks, melted butter, and apple cider vinegar in a separate bowl.
  • Gently fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients.
  • Carefully fold whipped egg whites into the batter in small batches.
  • Pour batter into the loaf pan and smooth the top.
  • Bake for 30–35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Let the bread cool before slicing.
