  • 1 lb ground sausage
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease muffin tin.
  • Cook sausage in a pan, then set aside.
