- 1 lb shrimp
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt & pepper
- ¼ tsp red pepper flakes optional
Steam broccoli until just tender; set aside.
Sauté shrimp in butter until pink; remove from pan.
Add garlic and remaining butter; cook for 30 seconds.
Pour in cream and simmer gently.
Whisk in Parmesan until sauce thickens.
Return shrimp and broccoli to skillet; toss to coat.
