- 2 cups fresh strawberries
- 1/4 cup erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Wash, hull, and dry the strawberries.
Blend strawberries, sweetener, lemon juice, coconut milk, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
