- Ground Beef 1 lb
- Almond Flour 1 cup
- Egg 1 large
- Shredded Cheese 1 1/2 cups
- Taco Seasoning 2 tbsp
- Heavy Cream 1/2 cup
- Onion 1/2 medium
- Optional Toppings: Sour cream avocado, salsa
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix almond flour, egg, and salt to form the dough and press it into the base of your pie dish.
Brown the ground beef in a skillet.
Add taco seasoning and onion, cooking for 3-5 minutes.
Stir in heavy cream and half of the cheese, cook for another minute.
Pour the beef mixture into the pie crust and top with remaining cheese.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Let the pie cool for a few minutes before serving.
