Ingredients
  

  • Ground Beef 1 lb
  • Almond Flour 1 cup
  • Egg 1 large
  • Shredded Cheese 1 1/2 cups
  • Taco Seasoning 2 tbsp
  • Heavy Cream 1/2 cup
  • Onion 1/2 medium
  • Optional Toppings: Sour cream avocado, salsa

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Mix almond flour, egg, and salt to form the dough and press it into the base of your pie dish.
  • Brown the ground beef in a skillet.
  • Add taco seasoning and onion, cooking for 3-5 minutes.
  • Stir in heavy cream and half of the cheese, cook for another minute.
  • Pour the beef mixture into the pie crust and top with remaining cheese.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  • Let the pie cool for a few minutes before serving.
