Ingredients
  

  • Ground Pork: 1 lb
  • Shredded Cabbage: 1 cup
  • Garlic: 2 cloves
  • Ginger: 1-inch piece
  • Coconut Aminos: 2 tbsp
  • Chicken Broth: 4 cups
  • Shirataki Noodles optional: 1 package

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the filling by mixing ground pork, cabbage, garlic, ginger, and coconut aminos in a large bowl.
  • Carefully assemble the wontons by spooning the filling into the wrappers and sealing the edges tightly.
  • Bring chicken broth to a simmer in a large pot, seasoning with extra garlic, ginger, and coconut aminos.
  • Drop the wontons into the simmering broth and cook for 6-8 minutes, or until they float to the top.
  • Ladle the broth and wontons into bowls and serve immediately.
