Ingredients
  

  • Almond Flour 2 cups
  • Greek Yogurt 1 cup
  • Eggs 4 large
  • Erythritol 3/4 cup
  • Baking Powder 2 tsp
  • Vanilla Extract 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cake pan with parchment paper.

  • Combine wet and dry ingredients, mixing until smooth.

  • Cool the cake in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
