- 1 lb chicken breast or thighs diced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp parsley
In a bowl, mix diced chicken with oil, garlic, lemon juice and zest, salt, pepper, and paprika.
Let marinate for 10-30 minutes.
Heat skillet over medium-high heat.
