Ingredients
  

  • 2 salmon fillets 5–6 oz each
  • 1 tsp olive oil or cooking spray for 0 points
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Optional: red pepper flakes paprika

Instructions
 

  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  • Mix garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, herbs, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  • Pat salmon dry and brush marinade evenly on fillets.
  • Place fillets in air fryer basket skin-side down.
  • Cook for 8–10 minutes, checking doneness (145°F internal).
  • Garnish with lemon and extra herbs. Serve immediately.
