Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • ½ cup fat-free Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 Tbsp light butter melted
  • ½ cup sugar substitute
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  • Mix flour, cinnamon, and salt in one bowl.
  • In another bowl, whisk yogurt, applesauce, butter, sugar substitute, egg, and vanilla.
  • Fold dry into wet gently.
  • Pour half batter into pan, sprinkle cinnamon-sugar, add rest of batter, top with cinnamon swirl.
  • Bake 35–40 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
  • Cool completely before slicing into 12 pieces.
