- 1 cup self-rising flour
- ½ cup fat-free Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup unsweetened applesauce
- 2 Tbsp light butter melted
- ½ cup sugar substitute
- 1 large egg
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
Mix flour, cinnamon, and salt in one bowl.
In another bowl, whisk yogurt, applesauce, butter, sugar substitute, egg, and vanilla.
Fold dry into wet gently.
Pour half batter into pan, sprinkle cinnamon-sugar, add rest of batter, top with cinnamon swirl.
Bake 35–40 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
