- 8 oz light cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1 cup reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 –10 strips turkey bacon cooked & chopped
- 4 –5 jalapeños seeded & finely diced
- 2 tbsp green onion chopped
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika optional
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 12 egg roll wrappers
- Cooking spray
Cook turkey bacon until crisp; chop and set aside. Sauté jalapeños 1–2 minutes; cool.
In a bowl, beat light cream cheese and Greek yogurt until smooth. Stir in cheddar, bacon, jalapeños, green onion, garlic powder, paprika, salt & pepper.
Place 1.5 tbsp filling in center of each wrapper, fold bottom corner over filling, fold sides in, roll and seal with water.
Preheat air fryer to 375°F. Spray basket. Air fry rolls seam-side down in batches for 7–9 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden.
Serve hot with low-point dips or a squeeze of lime.
