- 1 cup peas
- 1 cup celery diced
- 1 onion diced
- 2 cups fat-free chicken broth
- 1 cup fat-free milk
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour

- Garlic powder thyme, salt, pepper
- 1 can reduced-fat biscuits
