Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast diced
  • 1 cup carrots diced
  • 1 cup peas
  • 1 cup celery diced
  • 1 onion diced
  • 2 cups fat-free chicken broth
  • 1 cup fat-free milk
  • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp light butter spread
  • Garlic powder thyme, salt, pepper
  • 1 can reduced-fat biscuits

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook onion, carrots, celery in skillet with light butter until softened. Add peas.
  • Sprinkle flour, then whisk in broth and milk. Simmer until creamy. Season well.
