Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup powdered sweetener
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • Pinch of salt optional
  • Optional toppings: crushed peanuts sugar-free sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Line 12 muffin cups with silicone or paper liners.
  • Melt chocolate until smooth.
  • Spoon 1 tsp chocolate into each cup; freeze 5–10 minutes.
  • Mix peanut butter, sweetener, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Spoon 1 tbsp peanut butter mixture into each cup.
  • Cover with remaining melted chocolate. Smooth top.
  • Freeze 1–2 hours until firm. Enjoy frozen.
