Ingredients
  

  • 8 whole wheat lasagna noodles
  • 1 lb lean ground turkey
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 cups low-sodium marinara
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup fat-free ricotta
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup reduced-fat mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan

Instructions
 

  • Cook noodles until al dente.
  • Brown turkey with onion and garlic, add marinara and seasoning.
  • Mix ricotta with egg and seasoning.
  • Layer noodles, sauce, ricotta, and cheese in baking dish.
  • Bake covered at 375°F for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 10–15 minutes more.
  • Let rest before slicing and serving.
