- 8 whole wheat lasagna noodles
- 1 lb lean ground turkey
- 1 onion chopped
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 2 cups low-sodium marinara
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 cup fat-free ricotta
- 1 egg
- 1 cup reduced-fat mozzarella
- 1/4 cup Parmesan
Cook noodles until al dente.
Brown turkey with onion and garlic, add marinara and seasoning.
Mix ricotta with egg and seasoning.
Layer noodles, sauce, ricotta, and cheese in baking dish.
Bake covered at 375°F for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 10–15 minutes more.
