Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups fresh spinach
  • ½ cup fat-free Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup light cream cheese
  • ½ cup reduced-fat mozzarella
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • Salt pepper, nutmeg, olive oil spray

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Sauté garlic and spinach until wilted. Drain excess water.
  • Whisk yogurt, cream cheese, nutmeg, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Combine spinach with sauce and half of the cheeses.
  • Transfer to baking dish, top with remaining cheese.
  • Bake 18–20 minutes until golden. Cool and serve warm.
