- 4 cups fresh spinach
- ½ cup fat-free Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup light cream cheese
- ½ cup reduced-fat mozzarella
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- Salt pepper, nutmeg, olive oil spray
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Sauté garlic and spinach until wilted. Drain excess water.
Whisk yogurt, cream cheese, nutmeg, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Combine spinach with sauce and half of the cheeses.
Transfer to baking dish, top with remaining cheese.
Bake 18–20 minutes until golden. Cool and serve warm.
