Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups shredded chicken breast
  • 2 cans white beans
  • 1 cup corn
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 onion 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 can green chilies
  • Spices: cumin chili powder, salt, pepper
  • ½ cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • Lime juice cilantro

Instructions
 

  • Sauté onion and garlic until soft.
  • Add chicken, chilies, and spices. Stir for 2 minutes.
  • Add beans, broth, and corn. Simmer 20 minutes.
  • Remove from heat, stir in yogurt and lime juice.
  • Garnish with cilantro and serve.
