- 2 cups shredded chicken breast
- 2 cans white beans
- 1 cup corn
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 onion 3 garlic cloves
- 1 can green chilies
- Spices: cumin chili powder, salt, pepper
- ½ cup nonfat Greek yogurt
- Lime juice cilantro
Sauté onion and garlic until soft.
Add chicken, chilies, and spices. Stir for 2 minutes.
Add beans, broth, and corn. Simmer 20 minutes.
Remove from heat, stir in yogurt and lime juice.
Garnish with cilantro and serve.
