Ingredients:
- 4 pork chops
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian herbs
- Some salt and pepper for seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 400-degree Fahrenheit (200 degree Celsius).
Season and Coat: Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper are mixed in a bowl. Brush each pork chop with olive oil and then press that side into the parmesan mixture.
Bake: Arrange the pork chops on a baking sheet and bake them for 20-25 minutes or until the pork is cooked through and the exterior is golden brown.
