Ingredients
- Ground beef – 1 lb
- Cabbage – 4 cups (thinly sliced leaves)
- Onion – 1 small (finely chopped)
- Garlic – 3 cloves (minced)
- Soy sauce – 2 tablespoons (Soja sauce or Tamari for the gluten-free option)
- Sriracha sauce – 1 tablespoon (or as per taste)
- Sesame oil – 1 tablespoon
- Ginger – 1 teaspoon (powdered)
- Red chili – 1/2 teaspoon (optional for the heat)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnishing
Instructions
Cooking Ground Beef: Firstly, take a large skillet pan and turn on heat to medium high. Put the ground beef inside and allow it to cook. Once the beef starts turning brown color, break it into smaller portions with a spatula and keep stirring the whole thing. Get rid of the extra grease, if any.
