It’s as simple as it Gets: You will require only about three ingredients and thirty minutes. This is a delight for those who do not want to spend hours in the kitchen. You probably have everything you need in the house anyway.
Let’s Cook Some Cloud Bread
Ingredients
- 3 large eggs
- 3 oz of cream cheese which must be softened so that it mixes well (a Greek yogurt can be used in place of cream cheese)
- A pinch of salt
- ¼ of a teaspoon of baking powder which completely optional but it gives it a fluffier texture.
Directions:
The first step is to pre-heat the oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit which is equal to 150 degrees Celsius. Take a baking sheet and place some parchment paper over it to prevent the bread from getting stuck to the sheet.
Start by separating your eggs. You can put the whites in one bowl and the yolks in another.
The next step is to beat the egg whites together while mixing in the baking powder and salt until you get stiff peaks. They are ready when you remove the beater; the egg whites remain standing.
In the other bowl, combine the egg yolks with the soft cream cheese and combine until smooth.
At this stage, be gentle with the egg whites to maintain their fluffiness. Carefully fold the egg whites into the yolk mixture. Take your time—do not rush, as you want to preserve as much airiness as possible.
Dab portions of the mixture onto the baking sheet, forming small circles around the size of a burger bun.
Let it bake for around 25 minutes or until it browns nicely . It is important that it does not become burnt.
A few pointers to succeed:
Want More Flavor? Add in a bit of garlic powder, some dried herbs or even grated cheese, and go ahead with baking. No need to follow recipes strictly about what ingredients should go in.
Do not skip the step with egg – whites, because: when whisked to stiff peaks this also helps the bread rise and be soft. If you do not do this, your cloud bread will have been transformed into a pancake, cloud of course. It is good still, just rather different.

Make Sandwiches: Take two slices firmly and allow your preferred slices of meat, cheese and vegetables to come together in events, it stands quite strong.
