Recipe for Keto Lemon Garlic Baked Salmon
Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon slices (for garnish)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
Preheat the Oven: The temperature of the oven should be 400°F (200°C) now. A baking sheet should be covered with parchment paper or brushed with olive oil.
Prepare the Marinade: Starting with a small bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, thyme, parsley, salt, and pepper and stir together.
Marinate the Salmon: Lay out the salmon fillets on the greased baking sheet. Use a brush to apply the lemon garlic marinade on each of the fillets. Decorate with lemon slice if desired.
